Sysdyne’s Response to COVID-19

The COVID-19 situation has worsened in the US and all over the world. This is an unprecedented time for everyone – a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.

We hope to give you some degree of certainty with the assurance that Sysdyne has taken steps to continue operations as usual. First and foremost, we have taken precautionary measures, in accordance with public health authorities, to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and their families. We are grateful that all of our staff are healthy and we have worked to minimize their risk of exposure. We will be able to continue to deliver and support the products you count on.

As a valued customer of one or more of our suite of products — ConcreteGo dispatch, iStrada concrete delivery management system, and batch controls including Pioneer, Trailblazer and Scout— we understand the importance of the role our solutions play in the proper functioning of your daily operations. You have our commitment that we will continue to provide reliable and dependable service to all our customers. We pride ourselves on the fact we are already well prepared to serve you in these challenging times. As the industry leader in native cloud based solutions, our internal operations are already leveraging the Cloud to provide support, training and deploying our products globally. Our team members will continue to be available to connect with you by phone, video messaging and email.

Given our preparedness, it is our plan to continue moving forward. In the coming months, we will be hosting a variety of Webinars that will cover everything from product updates, to the latest innovations in Cloud technology to Enterprise level BI (Business Intelligence). The COVID-19 crisis has forced many business leaders to rethink how to run their businesses. We believe Cloud technology is the clear answer and going-paperless is an integral part of the solution.
