Local Ticket Synchronization
Taking advantage of the single database between CloudBatch and ConcreteGO Dispatch, Sysdyne Technologies is excited to introduce a new feature empowering users with enhanced functionality and improved efficiency. In the industry, everyone knows when you lose the connection between dispatch and batching systems, the dispatcher cannot get the load time, tickets, batch weights, or any mix adjustments. This local synchronization feature allows Dispatchers to get this information with a simple click as soon as they regain the connection between their Batch and Dispatch systems. This development aims to streamline operations and mitigate disruptions caused by connectivity issues.
Summary:
Sysdyne Cloud simplifies operations in all business sectors. With the Local Ticket Synchronization feature in CloudBatch, Batch operators and Dispatch operators will have a simplified workflow, improving workflow efficiency, speeding things up, and making things easier for everyone involved.
How It Works:
An icon will appear on Sysdyne's batching platform, indicating that a ticket is eligible for merging with previously batched local tickets. CloudBatch cleverly suggests tickets batched locally to be merged with Dispatch tickets, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient process should there be a disconnect between the two. Once merged, tickets will contain all information created during the time they were disconnected, providing a comprehensive record of the batching process. Note that Merged Tickets can also be unmerged as needed. Conclusion:
Sysdyne Technologies remains committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving needs of the concrete industry. The Local Ticket Synchronization feature in CloudBatch is a testament to this commitment, offering users a powerful tool to enhance efficiency and productivity in batch and dispatch operations.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and elevate the batching experience with Sysdyne's industry-leading solutions.
