Material Demand
SysdyneBI offers real-time material demand at each plant, providing a comprehensive overview of material requirements that help concrete businesses gain insights into raw material costs and other data, such as:
- Constituent Requirement (TN): Material quantity needed for all orders placed at the plant
- Capacity (TN): Storage capacity for the material
- On Hand (TN): Material inventory at the time of browser refresh — this number changes in real-time (within 30 minutes)
- On Hand vs. Capacity: Compares storage capacity and material inventory
- Material Demand: Material needed by the hour considering the orders and the inventory
- Projected Inventory vs. Minimum Inventory: Projected inventory is based on the orders for the plant and the current inventory level. The minimum inventory is a setup from Cloud Batch
Inventory Balances
Inventory Balances (TN)
Actual inventory balances of each material are displayed, along with the time stamp, with a simple browser refresh. You can filter the data by selecting the plant or group of plants and the type of material.
Hourly Stock Levels (TN)
The hourly stock levels show you the inventory level of each type of material at the location of your choice in real-time (within 30 minutes). The chart reflects the real inventory change as you load more trucks during the day and take some material deliveries at the same time.
