Work Types: iStrada allows the assignment of one or more Work Types to an Employee Type, providing flexibility in categorizing employees' activities and functions. This feature enhances the customization of workforce management based on individual roles.

Timekeeping Rules: Timekeeping Rules within iStrada enable the categorization of hours worked based on user-defined parameters. These rules are adaptable and allow for precise tracking of hours under specific conditions.

Employee Types: Describing the broad positions within a company, Employee Types in iStrada can be assigned a range of Work Types and Timekeeping Rules, as well as a maximum number of hours for each week, for simple and efficient workforce planning.

Employees: The Employee Details menu empowers users to assign an Employee their Employee Type and override Work Types when necessary. This flexibility ensures accurate tracking of diverse employee roles within the organization.

Timekeeping: iStrada's Timekeeping feature facilitates the seamless management of weekly Time Cards, enabling users to clock drivers in and out, view weekly and daily time logs, and submit Time Off Requests.

Holiday Management

 

This feature simplifies holiday tracking by allowing users to input holidays, automatically reflecting them as PTO for all employees. This feature ensures accurate time off calculations during holiday periods.

Time Off Management

 

Time Off Categories: Users can further categorize PTO and UTO into specific categories such as vacation or sick pay, enhancing granularity in time off tracking and reporting.

Time Off Balances: iStrada provides a comprehensive view of time off balances, detailing available and used time off for each employee. This feature ensures transparent tracking of employees' time off entitlements.

Time Off Requests: Employees can view, submit, and manage weekly time off requests through this feature, providing a centralized hub for time off management.
