At Sysdyne Technologies, we are committed to enhancing your ready-mix concrete operations with innovative features. Our latest update to ConcreteGO introduces the Truck Demand Modeling feature, designed to streamline order management and optimize truck scheduling. Let’s take a closer look at how this feature will benefit your operations.

Order Entry Simplified

Managing your orders just got easier! With the Truck Demand Modeling feature, you now have a Modeling button available during order entry for unsaved orders.

  • Easy Activation: Simply click the Model button during order entry. Once activated, the button turns orange, indicating that modeling is active.

  • Availability: The Modeling button is only available for unsaved orders. Once an order is saved, the button disappears.

  • Enhanced Functionality: Previously, clicking the Scheduling button during order entry would automatically save the order before completing the schedule. To ensure proper modeling functionality, orders will no longer be saved when clicking the Scheduling button. Just a reminder, utilize Save & Close or Save & Continue to ensure the order is saved.

  • Color Scheme: A dark green color represents Modeling, making it easily distinguishable from other statuses. Additionally, a 'Clear Modeling' button is available for your convenience.

  • Order Status Reordering: The colors are ordered from the bottom up for different order statuses:
    • Ticketed (Green)
    • Normal (Dark Blue)
    • Hold (Light Blue)
    • Waiting (Pink)
    • Will Call (Yellow)
    • Weather Permitting (Red)

Key Notes

      • User-Specific Modeling: Modeling is user-specific, and only one order can be modeled at a time. This ensures that each user can focus on accurately planning their truck demand without interference.
      • Visibility: Better visualize and manage your truck demand, leading to more efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

Why Truck Demand Modeling Matters

The Truck Demand Modeling feature is a powerful tool for ready-mix concrete operations. By allowing you to visualize and plan truck usage more effectively, you can ensure timely deliveries and improve overall efficiency. This feature helps you stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry, maintaining the high standards your customers expect.
