Sysdyne Staff Spotlight: Delene Beck

It’s hard to believe I’ve been with Sysdyne for over 4 years. I first started QA Testing software for the Concrete Industry almost 18 years ago and I’ve never looked back. Not only do I love what I do, I’m proud to be part of such an outstanding team. Developing software is like raising children – it takes a village. Every team member in our “Sysdyne Village” contributes to the success of the Sysdyne suite of products.

As a QA Analyst, I’m involved in the development process from planning through implementation. My goal is to provide high-quality products that meet the requirements of our Customers.

In order to do this, I get to come to work every day and try to break things. How great is that! I love being challenged, and with such a robust suite of products, I’m challenged every day to find problems, or ways to improve the user experience.

One of the most rewarding things for me is to see that when I test something, we get positive feedback from our Customers. It’s very satisfying to know that a New Feature we’ve worked so hard to implement will get released, and our Customers reaction is “Wow, that’s nice!”

One of our latest New Features is SSO (Single Sign On) for security enhancement. Not only does SSO enhance security, SSO also saves time by allowing users to access ConcreteGo, iStrada and CloudBatch with just one login. I enjoy being able to do things on a daily basis that will benefit our customers and allow for more productivity. We provide the tools for our customers to be successful, and it pleases me to know that I’m a part of that.

When I’m not testing software, I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake, traveling, playing volleyball or reading a good book.
