POSITION OVERVIEW
Sysdyne Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team at Sysdyne Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth efforts, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue generation within the construction materials industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction materials industry, with a focus on ready-mix concrete.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic outreach and lead generation initiatives.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase Sysdyne's cutting-edge technology solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs and aligning Sysdyne's solutions to address their challenges.
- Track and manage all sales activities using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress and opportunities.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to tailor sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field within the construction materials industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Engage to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and driving sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field within the construction materials industry.
