TECHNICAL SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Technical Software Engineering Manager to lead an established engineering team working on cloud-based development across AWS and Azure platforms. This role requires a strong technical leader who can optimize existing processes while driving technical excellence and team growth. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this individual will travel to our Stamford, CT office as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor an existing engineering team developing cloud-based solutions.
- Drive technical direction and architecture decisions across multiple cloud platforms.
- Optimize development processes and practices to improve team efficiency.
- Ensure technical excellence and quality in software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.
