TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Customer Support Team
POSITION OVERVIEW
Sysdyne Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Support team. We are growing rapidly via our best-in-breed cloud-native products and our second-to-none customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support activities
- Hands on experience in SQL, Scripting (batch, shell, power shell etc.)
- Hands on experience in working with APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Prior experience in ETL (DTS, SSIS, Nifi)
- Hands on experience in XML/XSLT
- Azure, AWS, Google Cloud experience is a nice to have
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical skills
POSITION DETAILS
- Handle ad hoc requests from customers to import data into SQL from XML, CSV formats
- Build and support ETL pipe-lines using home grown tools and 3rd party such as Ni fi
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify repeat tasks and automate/script
- Act as a single point of contact for all data related troubleshooting questions from customer support team
