POSITION OVERVIEW
Sysdyne Technologies is seeking an Integration Specialist who will be responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining integrations between our flagship products designed for the concrete industry and various external systems. You will work closely with the development, product, and client success teams to ensure that integrations are robust, scalable, and efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to this role.
- 5+ years of experience in API integration, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Initiative-driven, comfortable with carving out responsibilities and executing them.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement API integrations between our SaaS platform and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Industry Partners, etc.)
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure integrations align with the company’s technical and business goals.
- Troubleshoot and debug API issues to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for
improvement. - Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for API usage.
- Assist clients and internal teams with API-related issues, providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Work with clients to customize integrations as per specific needs.
