Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and implementing HR policies, practices, and programs that align with our company’s goals and support our fast-paced environment. This role involves managing all aspects of human resources including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a fast-growing or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience with recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

Position Details

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on performance issues, and work with managers to address employee development needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure company policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits administration. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business success.
  • HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain and enhance HR information systems, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making.
