The Sysdyne Sensor helps to tackle some pain points within the delivery management process
The Sysdyne Sensor removes the need for Drivers to push the button on their devices to update their status. With the Sensor, iStrada offers automated truck status updates in full cycle – from ticketed, to loading, loaded, to-job, on-job, pouring, washing, and returning. It delivers visibility of truck statuses to dispatchers in real time, allowing better truck scheduling and utilization.
Additionally, it records the quantity of water added at the plant and on the job site and automatically updates the tickets. It minimizes the risk of human error by removing the manual recording process from the drivers. The accuracy of the data and timing improves the quality control of the concrete.
In addition to the above, the Sysdyne Sensor also provides other features and functions, such as detection of mixer drum speed, direction of rotation, and rotations per minute (RPM).
Designed and developed in-house, the Sysdyne Sensor works cohesively with iStrada, ConcreteGO Dispatch, and CloudBatch. It empowers users to optimize every aspect of the production process, from batching to delivery. The data points not only provide visibility and accurate records to dispatchers but also help QC adjust mixes for the next load.
