Customer Support Team

POSITION OVERVIEW

Sysdyne Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Support team. We are growing rapidly via our best-in-breed cloud-native products and our second-to-none customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support activities
  • Hands on experience in SQL, Scripting (batch, shell, power shell etc.)
  • Hands on experience in working with APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Prior experience in ETL (DTS, SSIS, Nifi)
  • Hands on experience in XML/XSLT
  • Azure, AWS, Google Cloud experience is a nice to have
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical skills

POSITION DETAILS

  • Handle ad hoc requests from customers to import data into SQL from XML, CSV formats
  • Build and support ETL pipe-lines using home grown tools and 3rd party such as Ni fi
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify repeat tasks and automate/script
  • Act as a single point of contact for all data related troubleshooting questions from customer support team
