Introducing Commercial Truck Routing in DeliveryGo

At Sysdyne, we’re constantly focused on simplifying the day-to-day experience for both dispatchers and drivers. Today, we’re excited to announce a major enhancement to DeliveryGo: Commercial Truck Routing is now built directly into the driver app.

This new capability brings powerful, commercial-aware navigation into a single, unified workflow, eliminating the need for third-party GPS tools, and helping drivers stay focused on what matters most: safe, efficient deliveries.

Built for the Realities of Commercial Driving

Unlike standard navigation tools, DeliveryGo’s Commercial Routing is purpose-built for heavy vehicles. Routes are intelligently optimized based on key vehicle dimensions, such as height, weight, and width, ensuring drivers avoid restricted roads and unsafe paths.

The system automatically accounts for:

  • Weigh stations
  • Commercial vehicle restrictions
  • Road limitations based on truck specifications

This means fewer surprises on the road and more confidence behind the wheel.

Seamless Navigation, Right Inside DeliveryGo

Drivers no longer need to switch between apps when they’re on the road. Navigation is now fully integrated into the DeliveryGo driver experience, offering:

  • Turn-by-turn directions with optional voice guidance
  • Real-time route updates as conditions change
  • Instant map recentering to current location
  • Always-visible ETA, distance, and travel time

Navigation lives alongside core driver workflows, making it easy to toggle between directions and electronic tickets without losing context.

A Better Experience for Drivers and Dispatchers

This launch isn’t just about navigation, it’s about reducing friction across the entire delivery process.

For Drivers

  • One app for everything, no need to juggle multiple tools
  • Faster onboarding with a simplified, unified interface
  • Clear visual directions with optional voice guidance

For Dispatchers

  • Fewer calls from drivers who are off-route or misdirected
  • Greater confidence that routes are safe and compliant
  • Improved operational efficiency across the board

Why It Matters

By embedding commercial-grade routing directly into DeliveryGo, Sysdyne is helping customers streamline operations, reduce risk, and improve driver productivity.

This is another step toward our goal of delivering a fully connected, end-to-end experience for ready mix producers, where every part of the workflow works together seamlessly.

What’s Next

Commercial Truck Routing in DeliveryGo is available now. We’re excited to see how it helps our customers drive smarter, safer, and more efficiently every day.

The ConcreteGo team is actively working to extend commercial routing into the order entry experience. Soon, dispatchers will be able to generate commercially viable routes at the time of order creation, enabling more accurate scheduling from the very beginning. That enhancement is currently in development and is expected to launch at the end of April.
