HOT 10 top features of CloudBatch

Sysdyne CloudBatch™, the world’s first and only Cloud-Native concrete batching system, offers so much more than just cloud access. Here are 10 features you can’t find anywhere else – Take advantage of them today!

Access Anywhere Anytime

Traditional batch systems require remote access via Virtual Private Network (VPN) or other third party software. With CloudBatch, remote users simply log in as usual with our SSO (single sign-on) and can access without interrupting current operations. Remote users can monitor what’s going on at every plant in real-time, without interrupting or taking over full control.

Fine Tune Anywhere Anytime

Remote users can also make adjustments for the next loads – even if the local computer onsite has been turned off. For example, load specifications can be updated in the evening and be ready for when the batch operator comes in to work the next day. This allows producers better batch accuracy, plus big savings for time and material costs.

Batch Replay

Not quite sure what happened with a load? Play it back and see with the Batch Replay feature! No if, and’s, or but’s here. Watch the load replay and easily troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues, without the back and forth between batch operators and other departments.

Interoperability Across Systems

What is interoperability you ask? Interoperability is more than just multiple systems being able to talk back and forth with one another, it is a real-time data exchange of information between more than one system, that was designed as such from the start.

This is different from integrations, in which data is translated, needs what is known as middleware, and the concept of the systems communicating was not initially considered. From an IT standpoint, more interface means more maintenance required for the systems to function day-to-day.

Sysdyne’s solutions: CloudBatch, ConcreteGO, iStrada, and Sysdyne BI do not require a translator between one another. With traditional systems, ULink is required to serve as that translating operation.

SSO (Single Sign-On) Across Systems

Why have to log into your batch, dispatch, delivery management, and business intelligence systems separately? Here at Sysdyne, we believe in solving pain points and making things easier for our customers, which is why we offer SSO for one less thing you have to have to do during the day.

What else do we believe in? Our core values are more than just 1,2,3. Check out more on ours by clicking here.

No Proprietary Hardware

Traditional batch providers make it so that you can only purchase and replace hardware through them. Order replacement parts easy through Amazon, eBay, or your local hardware store for your PAC (Programmable Automation Controls) or other manufacturer components.

No Maintenance and Updates Happen Automatically

Been dreaming of a maintenance-free world? Dream no longer!

No separate yearly maintenance agreements or fees here, and no need to update sites one at a time every few years when your team’s feeling up to it. In that scenario, if you don’t make time to upgrade, you’re a sitting duck and unable to use the newest features released – it’s all on YOU.

At Sysdyne, our team pushes out all upgrades, and every time you log in, you’re on the latest version of CloudBatch!

And with CloudBatch, you’re running off of the same database as ConcreteGO, so there’s no stand alone databases to maintain, meaning no need for archiving or purging your data once a year or more, and no slow down of the system when doing so either.

No Surprises via Subscription Pricing

In the same spirit of no extra maintenance fees, our SaaS model pricing covers your hardware, hardware replacement, and even your 24/7 US based support! No separate support packages are required. Our team is here for you.

Know exactly what you’re going to pay every time, no hidden fees or surprises.

Open API, Cloud-Native not Virtualized Cloud

With closed API’s no one wins. For example, traditional providers keep your batch database locked and only they can access it. What is available for customers is only ticket data, with no real database access past that. Hack in for changes needed now? Hands off — they’re not responsible!

With CloudBatch, access your database anytime through the open API. And, no need to worry about breaking it if you do get in, CloudBatch would reject any activities that would potentially break the database, etc.

Open API capability allows for more integrations than ever before, eliminating tech barriers and allows you utilize your tech stack to the best of its ability.

Full Visibility with Real Time Inventory Controls

Unfortunately, there will be times that manual loads cannot be avoided. With traditional batching systems, however, these loads stay local on the on-prem computer; the U-Link connector does not search for and update data for manual loads.

With CloudBatch, as soon as the system is back up and online, the history and data from the manual loads is made available real-time in the cloud. Your database is up-to-date and you have a full record of what was done while offline.
