Overview
The Project Manager (PM) will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. In this role, you will plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of specific projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and customer expectations. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the PM will be responsible for submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and effectively communicating project plans to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, oversee budget, and resources as well as collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Managing assigned on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and supporting ConcreteGo, DeliveryGo, and integrations.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues via the phone and online support.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Comprehending customer requirements and requests and making appropriate recommendations.
- Provide clear instructions on operations and maintenance procedures to assist customers.
- Educating clients on how to use and maintain our products by delivering clear guidance on system operations and best practices.
- Completing timely and detailed service reports, purchase orders and expense reports.
- Properly documenting support issues in internal support databases.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in technical environments.
- Experience with customer-facing roles and managing client expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with software systems, integrations, and field service operations is an asset.
Travel
Travel is required at least 25% of the time and may include international travel. The travel percentage could be more or less and is dependent upon the projects assigned and the needs of the customers.
