Product Manager, BatchGo

Overview

The BatchGo Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and
feature set to drive customer success and achieve business objectives. This role will require a deep understanding of
the concrete industry, customer needs, and market trends to deliver innovative solutions that differentiate Sysdyne in
the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple products and priorities, across teams, and ensure the product organization is effective,
healthy, and set up for success.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, support and GTM leaders to get and share the data and insights.
- Develop and manage (multiple) product backlogs prioritized based on analysis.
- Define product marketing communication objectives.
- Oversee and manage the production and delivery of products from beginning to end.
- Manage product backlogs including prioritization, elaboration, and validation of items in collaboration with
development teams and stakeholders.
- Compare the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market.
- Provide management with analysis and reports and respond to questions and requests from management.
- Specify and conduct the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers.
- Work across departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure strategic and organizational alignment.
- Communicate and align work with product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to shape and execute company strategy by translating
strategic objectives into clear product roadmap initiatives and ensuring timely delivery and continuous
iteration of roadmap commitments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to this role.
- 5+ years of experience in product management for software products, preferably in the concrete or
construction industry.
- Comprehension of electrical engineering processes, and industrial controls, preferred.
- Experience with PLC, preferred.
- Strong understanding of the concrete industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Working knowledge of Agile software development processes, product development architecture, and user-
centered design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products to market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Initiative-driven, comfortable with carving out responsibilities and executing them.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to Stamford, CT office once a quarter.
