Sr. Account Executive

Overview

The Sr. Account Executive will leverage their technological expertise, consultative sales experience, and relationship-building skills to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and deliver long-term success to our clients. As a proactive and results-driven professional, this individual will excel in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment, consistently demonstrating determination and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Drive sales with a strong focus on winning and a determination to secure deals in a competitive market.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry-specific knowledge and adapt quickly to new technologies and product offerings.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Articulate the value of our products clearly and deliver impactful product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals when the time is right.

  • Ensure smooth transitions from negotiation to finalization, ensuring a seamless process for clients and internal teams.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5 + years of outside sales experience dealing with multiple personas at the prospects.

  • Proven track record of success in sales with a consultative approach.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and learn industry-specific knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate product value and deliver impactful demonstrations.

  • Strong perseverance, work ethic, and determination to succeed.

  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Travel

  • Travel as needed, approximately 50% of the time.

  • Must live close to a major airport.
