Overview
The Batch Team Project Manager will oversee batch installations, provide technical support to field technicians, and ensure clear communication with customers throughout the entire process, from scheduling to completion.
This individual will offer training as needed, troubleshooting and service technical equipment, and resolve complex issues remotely. Additionally, the individual must build strong customer relationships, adapt to changing schedules, and leverage communication and diagnostic skills to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage batch installations to provide technical assistance to the field technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process, from scheduling to project completion.
• Provide field and office training for employees and customers, as necessary.
• Oversee assigned repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and technical issues via the phone and online support.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Deliver clear instructions on operations and maintenance procedures to assist customers.
• Educate clients on how to use and maintain our products.
• Complete detailed service reports, purchase orders (PO’s) and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Accurately document and support issues in the internal support database.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of one year of technical installation or field service experience.
• Experience providing phone and software support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Adaptable to changing work schedules and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
Travel
As needed (approximately 25% monthly) with additional travel as necessary.
