Overview
The Account Executive will leverage their technological expertise, consultative sales experience, and relationship building skills to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and deliver long-term success to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Drive sales with a strong focus on winning and a determination to secure deals in a competitive market.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry-specific knowledge and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Articulate the value of our products clearly and deliver impactful product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals when the time is right.
- Ensure smooth transitions from negotiation to finalization, ensuring a seamless process for clients and internal teams and delivery.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients to ensure successful execution and product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years of outside sales experience dealing with multiple personas at the prospects.
- Proven track record of success in sales with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and learn industry-specific knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate product value and deliver impactful demonstrations.
- Strong perseverance, work ethic, and determination to succeed.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
