There’s no way to thank our veterans for everything they sacrifice for our freedom, but on Veterans Day, we have to try. So thank you to all our service men and women, both past and present!
In 1918, on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, the Allied powers signed a ceasefire agreement with Germany at Compiégne, France, bringing the war now known as World War I to a close.
President Wilson proclaimed the first Armistice Day the following year on November 11, 1919. After World War II, the holiday was recognized as a day of tribute to veterans of both wars.
Sysdyne would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all of the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country, and to those that continue to do so. We will always be indebted to you and your family for all that you have given to the country. Happy Veterans Day!
