At Sysdyne, we are committed to enhancing your experience with our platform by constantly updating and improving our features. In this post, we are excited to highlight the Orders Plus button in ConcreteGO. The Orders Plus button is a powerful feature that you can find to the right of the Mix item line on the Order Entry screen. This button helps manage the status of your orders more effectively. Here's how it works:

  • When Enabled: If the Orders Plus flag is enabled, the order will remain in a Normal status even after the final truck returns to the plant. This allows users to update order quantities for clean-up loads, ensuring that all aspects of the job are completed before the order is marked as done.

  • When Disabled (default): If the Orders Plus flag is disabled, the order will automatically change to a Completed status once the final truck returns to the plant. This streamlines the process for orders that do not require any additional updates, making your workflow more efficient.

Orders Plus Flag Disabled

  1. Order Creation: When an order is created with the Orders Plus flag turned off, the order will show as completed once the final load has been ticketed. 

  2. Order Tracking: The order will be removed from the Tracking screen once the last truck returns to the plant.

Orders Plus Flag Enabled

  1. Orders Plus Flag Activation: When the Orders Plus flag is turned on, the button's color will change, indicating that the order should not be completed automatically.

  2. Order Status: Once the final load has been ticketed, the order will not be marked as completed but will be removed from the Orders to Load screen. 

  3. Order Tracking: The order will remain on the Tracking screen in a Normal status even after the last truck has returned to the plant.

  4. Post-Completion Adjustment: If you turn the Orders Plus flag off from the Order > Edit screen after the loads are complete, the order will not be removed from Tracking, nor will it show as completed in Orders > Search

  5. Final Completion: To complete the order, you need to manually change its status to Completed from the Tracking screen dropdown. This action will remove the order from the Tracking screen and show it as completed in Orders > Search.
