Kost Materials has grown from one plant, 12 trucks, and 15 employees in 2013 to 5 ready-mix concrete plants, 80 trucks, 90 employees, and their own cement and fly ash storage terminals in 2021 with Sysdyne
In the early years, Kost Materials quickly realized the need for a dispatch program to follow their growth trend. Once they learned about Sysdyne and their dispatch program ConcreteGO, they were sold. The main factor that helped in their decision was the reduction in various fees they had been experiencing with their previous program. Every time they needed to add an additional truck or user, there would be fees associated with each item, and they would have to rely on a support member to make these additions.
Recently, Kost Materials has also added Sysdyne’s iStrada GPS Truck Tracking to their arsenal. With their plants and trucks being so spread out, it was getting more challenging for them to keep tabs on so many moving parts and utilize their assets to the best of their abilities.
