iStrada’s Online Order Request Feature
The Online Order Request feature is part of iStrada, our fully integrated concrete delivery management system
Ordering Concrete Has Never Been Easier!
Customers can request concrete orders online using their phone or tablet. The process is simple and easy to use, just follow the steps and the order request is sent!
Begin by selecting the location, time, date, and mix design then press submit. An order request will be automatically generated and sent to the Ready-Mix producer’s dispatch center
Once dispatch receives and chooses to Accept the New Order, the order request icon on the right-hand side of the screen opens to show the Order Request form. Dispatchers can copy the data from the Order Request List into the Order Request Form using the small blue icon next to the information.
Customers will be alerted by text or email that their order request has been received. They can also track the status of the request online using their phone
