At Sysdyne, we have established and are leading the Cloud-Native Software category in the Ready Mix industry, and are currently seeking an Education Consultant. This role is responsible for developing and delivering world-class education that drives high user adoption and continued engagement. Education Consultants conduct various in-house and on-site training classes for internal and external customers. Focused on building best-in-class training programs within our environment, these programs are continuous which includes delivery, mentoring/coaching and best practice advisory services.
• Develop and deliver high quality education training courses to employees, customers, and partners
• Develop customer specific training, both instructor-led and digital
• Develop library of on-demand training resources
• Create customer knowledge base documents and videos
• Maintain current knowledge of applications, training techniques, and the supply chain planning industry
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the use of Sysdyne solutions
• Report trainee progress, performance and certification for customers
• Create, test, maintain and modify curriculum and training software modules
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers
• Drive certification, user adoption and engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in education, supply chain management or similar
• 3+ years’ client management, consulting, education or equivalent demonstrable skills
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
• Proficient in learning techniques, technical training skills, business writing and public speaking skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Extensive experience in delivery of software training
• A passion for training with a proven ability to be a trusted advisor with customers
• Successful relationship management experience across organizations
• Ability deliver practical “real world” solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Ready Mix industry is preferred
• Ability to work virtually with 25%+ travel
