Area Sales Manager

Position Overview

Sysdyne Technologies is seeking Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to join the commercial team. We are growing rapidly via our best-in-breed cloud-native products and our second-to-none customer service. This hands-on role will require experience selling purpose-built Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) into an industrial vertical. In this case, ready-mix concrete. This person will own a territory and be supported by robust tools and a talented team, including sales development representatives to help generate meetings and engagement with prospects. Success will also be driven via collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Services.


Generate SaaS bookings via new logo wins or cross-selling into existing customers.
Consistently bring in new sales opportunities, facilitate their movement through the buying process, and ultimately winning an expected share of your sales pursuits.
Grow closable pipeline in territory to coverage levels required to reliably achieve quota.
Meet or exceed fair and attainable quarterly and annual sales goals.

5+ years of SaaS software sales experience is desirable.
Construction materials industry experience is a plus, especially in ready-mix concrete.
